Payments, refunds, and cancellations

The homepage pricing section may list support package prices in USD. Those prices cover Get Slot Now support only. Official fees, third-party fees, platform charges, travel costs, and government fees are separate.

A paid support package should start only after the client confirms the package scope and receives payment instructions from official support. Do not send card details, passwords, passport numbers, or official portal credentials through public channels or the contact form.

If Get Slot Now confirms a paid booking-support package and the agreed booking support is not completed, the Get Slot Now support fee for that package is refundable at 100%. Official fees, third-party fees, platform charges, travel costs, and government fees are not included in that support-fee refund.

Clients may ask to cancel before support work starts. Refunds or cancellations for form support, completed support work, changed package scopes, third-party fees, or official fees depend on the written package terms confirmed before payment.

Payment for support does not guarantee appointment availability, scheduling portal access, visa approval, application progress, or response times.
