This policy explains how Get Slot Now handles refunds and cancellations for paid US visa support packages.

Support fees only

Published prices cover Get Slot Now support fees only. Official visa fees, third-party fees, portal charges, travel costs, and government charges are separate.

Payment for support does not guarantee appointment availability, scheduling portal access, visa approval, application progress, or response times.

Booking-support refund

If Get Slot Now confirms a paid booking-support package and the agreed booking support is not completed, the Get Slot Now support fee for that package is refundable at 100%.

The refund applies to the Get Slot Now support fee only. It does not include official fees, third-party fees, portal charges, travel costs, currency conversion costs, or charges paid to another organization.

Cancellation before work starts

Clients may ask to cancel before support work starts. If support has not started and no third-party or official fee has been paid through a separate process, the Get Slot Now support fee can be refunded.

Cancellation requests should be sent to the official support inbox with the client name, contact details, package requested, and payment reference if available.

Completed or changed support

Refunds for completed support work, form support, changed package scope, client delay, client ineligibility, missing client information, official portal unavailability, or official-source changes depend on the written package terms confirmed before payment.

If the client changes the requested support after work starts, the support team may confirm revised scope, timing, and refund treatment in writing.

How to request a refund

Email support@getslotnow.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include the name, contact details, package, payment reference, and reason for the request.

Refund review timing depends on the payment method and the information available, but support will respond through the official support inbox or another confirmed support channel.
